Production & Delivery

Orders will be produced in 2 – 3 working days. Delivery in Europe takes 6 - 8 working days, priority items 4 – 5 days. Outside Europe add another 2 – 3 days (all without obligation). Swiss Post and DHL (for EU states) are our delivery partners. For larger orders we might use third parties.

As our goods are handmade to order, they might be dispatched with delays during times of high demand

Returns & Refunds

New and unused items bought on this website can be returned within 7 days of order, according to the European Unions Revocation right (called the cooling-off period). That said, returns need to arrive as received, i.e. unused with all labels and packaging intact. If the product has been used / opened, we reserve the right to refuse the returned item. Simply send an email to [email protected] quoting your name, order number, product and your reason for return. And please tell us whether you require a refund or replacement.

Once we receive your item and find it in mint condition, we will refund all your money – less our shipping and restocking costs. Returns must include the original delivery note and always should be insured as the they are your responsibility until they are delivered to us.

Prices & Taxes

Our retail prices vary depending on final destination as they include differing import taxes, duties and fees to allow smooth, hassle-free delivery. They are:

  • Switzerland and Lichtenstein 0% VAT
  • EU member states (except Italy) 19% import tax
  • Italy 21% import tax
  • USA No tax for orders up to USD 200
  • Other countries No tax included. Additional duties may be charged upon delivery
